You know those unique people who get up in the morning and start singing? Yep! That’s me! I start the day with Praise and Thank You’s. I feed the birds, can’t function without my coffee, knit with passion, garden in a tower, and love Sci-Fi. I also own a lovely home in North Carolina.
My 2020 resolution is to embrace mindfulness and practice “Lagom.” The definition, mindful living with just enough, really spoke to me. It doesn’t replace comfort, but helps us stay ‘mindfully’ in the middle. My specific goal is to buy nothing I already have or can do without.
I’m using Ketosis for weight loss. It’s about being healthy, not skinny. I’ve suffered from chronic pain since 2007. My plan as always, is to be kind – kind to my husband, my kids, my pets, AND myself. I use cooking, essential oils, herbs, knitting, gardening, and creating anything I can as my self-care tools.
My husband had a stroke in December of 2015. His core health is stable – the emotional side, not so much.
